I personally don't think you need much when having a baby, apart from the obvious, bassinet, stroller, lots of babygrows, blankets, tonnnnnnneeeessss of nappies and wipes. I breastfed so didn't need too many bottles. Honestly that did us for the first few months.
Nothing wrong with buying all extras of course if you can afford it, but there are alot of people that can't afford all of them. There really is such much pressure on new parents to have everything, but alot of it is not necessary, trust me!!

Yeah i agree with you, as a FTM to be. I'm completely put off any company giving freebies. I was following company that gifted Aoife Walsh her stuff and was genuinely interested in buying ther and unfollowed them and said id go else where. And I'd be the same with Terri!

I just ethically cannot give cash to a company, giving away stuff for free- for the person getting it for free to then capitalise on and offer their discount code.

Ya it’s such a pay day for these bloggers. Not alone are they getting the products for free, they’re making money from other people buying them. And knowing Terrie, everything will be a “must have, game changer”. She couldn’t give two shits as long as she’s making money.

Believe me once baby arrives you won't care less if your bags are all matching when you are trying to find your feet as a FTM in hospital- the matching bags and matching mama and baby outfits are absolute cringe IMO, so contrived for social media
 
This was said yday hut seriously how much eating out does one person do.... Its not a judgement at all belt away but how do they affors this.... Im late to the Terri game but im fascinated by her being a nurse for obvious reasons but ive never heard her say shes working or anything, i know she said she couldnt work as she was pregnant, ive loads of friends on covid wards, they just got redirected?

I’d say she gets pretty much everything for free and collabs with anyone that will have her. I’ve said it already, but I doubt she hung around the hospital too long after she got her vaccine

My friend is a nurse and is 7 months pregnant - still working away but was redirected! This is just an excuse for Terri to not work - sure she’s barely worked as a nurse since qualifying

Couldnt agree more, I didn’t give a tit if I was wearing a bin bag in the hospital, and coming home. I was so exhausted! Not a scrap of make up, just literally surviving and finding my feet. I can’t stand all this matching pillow case and nightdress bollox, and packing every beauty product under the sun🙄 these clueless first time insta huns are so far removed from reality it’s actually hilarious. I look forward to seeing a less polished Terror in a few months time

She only went back to flounce around like Florence Nightingale until she got bored. It’s a lot easier to make money on swipe ups than doing an honest days work. I’d love to know what she was like on the wards. Mad for work I’d say 😂

She won’t show a second of the hardship. Her whole life is just a fantasy filled fashion show so why would this be any different? She’ll get a few seconds of footage every day where she’s dolled up and baby is sleeping swaddled in a personalised blanket and tell us all how amazing everything is. I hope other mothers just unfollow her because everything will be so removed from reality.

Didn't some restaurant post last summer that an influencer (they didn't name who) got in contact asking for dinner and they'd give them exposure and then they didn't turn up.

So it doesn't surprise me she's eating out all the time if you're not paying for it!! I think this is what they are all at.

Jennifer Wynn or Wyrnn (can't think of her name) is very glam and always posting a new outfit every day. She was asked in a q&a about amount of clothes she has and laughed her head off at the absurdity of it. she explained how brands send her clothes she trys them on, styles them differently, how she would wear them etc and sends them back. She said on the odd occasion she sees something she likes and buys it at a discount, but otherwise everything is sent back and she's paid for working with the shop!

To me, that's what they all do! Some of the stuff Terri shows....sure you wear it hun. Sure.

Totally get you’re late to the game but personally I don’t think she needs to “work” when you consider how much commission she will make from the Bahama body tan and the sosu makeup range collab. Suzanne Jackson is a millionaire- the make up and tanning industry is a gold mine. On top of that, Daveh has the dog bananas which she is free advertisement for so they’ve that income too. Let alone all her other affiliated links with karen Millen etc. she did that post grad or whatever as a back up for when she’s older and the social media days are over for her, she can go work as a manager in a hospital or the equivalent.

Definitely. She’s no fool. The post grad was to have in the bank for when this gravy train ends. She loves to come across so spontaneous and crazy not knowing where her life is going next. It’s all a crock of tit
