I think at this point some people are doing whatever they like. If all the shops and bars were open they’d all be out together anyway. A bubble doesn’t work if you have several and each person does their own thing also like working etc. The whole point is to minimise contact with people. If Oliver is Charlie’s support bubble she shouldn’t be seeing her family. Because there is increased risk anyway with Harlow going to childminders and Bretts. Not to mention whoever Oliver mixes with while away.
And don’t forget this is just what we see on social media.

That was the point I was trying to make but you’ve worded it better 😂 Charlie needs to minimise the amount of different people she’s mixing with also as she’s looking after vulnerable adults. She was with Huggins last weekend her sister as well as she does her eyelashes then there’s Oliver and the girl she was out with the other day out and about driving (Charlie wanted advise about speed cameras as she thought she’d been caught but her friend was replying back to comments as Charlie was driving. This is on fb)
 
I watched the live last night and felt so awful for her when Oliver couldn’t answer the ‘is she the one’ question, but then on the other hand they’ve only been together 3 months so would this of even been a conversation they’ve had yet🤦🏽‍♀️😂
Alsoooo, has Charlie started work yet ? I’d of thought she’d be posting it all over Insta if she had and Iv not seen anything lol

Iv seen her post once about work. But the rest of the time she posts being in the house so she must not work much or share much about it

I live in Doncaster too and before Christmas applied for a similar job, the DBS check took about a week and they set my moving and handling training up for the following week
Obviously it can be different for different companies though

i agree, i have a family member who works in care, they just got a new job and it’s taking weeks for things like references to go through
 
My daughter got a job in care last year and got everything rushed through. She was interviewed, DBS checked, trained (this was condensed from 6 5 days to 3) and started shadowing within 2 weeks of applying. Could be different in different areas tbh it’s not really a job she could really talk about due to client confidentiality and the nature of the work
 
I caught a little of the live but it was mega boring so left. Oliver is back because the trainer was pinged by the test and protect app so he made the decision to travel back, will be there until Wednesday night. Then go away and be back on Friday. They want to run away and get married but definitely no kids as it’s too early for that (Charlie’s words). They’re moving in hopefully March to a 3 bedroom house with a conservatory, garage and dining room. That was the only interesting bits of info.
