i doubt megan's kids would be removed just bc her boyfriend has been to prison - i used to work in a prison where the majority were sex offenders and many of them were released to live back to a household with children in - and megans bf isnt even a sex offender (as far as im aware?)

I sit on my local fostering panel (been in care myself) and we had to approve a kids dads partner as the child’s foster carer (she seen dads partner as her “mum” been in her life for majority of her life) but dad was currently in prison think it was drugs or robbery but sw was saying if dad moves in then foster status goes if he doesn’t move in then foster status remains but they won’t be under social care maybe go down too early help depending on assessing dad but even though he was in jail he was complying with prison and social.
So they may just assess sonny depends more on why he punched the lad and his history we don’t really know him he could be known to authorities I know I will be worried in case he has got a short temper
 
I’m a solicitor and my sister is a social worker, Sonny won’t be assessed at all because he has no sentencing guidelines that prohibit contact with children. There’s nothing to say a murderer with no child prohibiting recommendations cannot be around children never mind someone who’s been found guilty of manslaughter as in Sonny’s case. The only way the kids living situation will be assessed will be if someone raises concerns to social that Megan isn’t keeping the kids safe, it’s highly unlikely that they’ll investigate if the only reason is sonny’s conviction but even if they did it would be a welfare check. He could move in, then get married and have 300 kids with Megan, there’s not actually any risk to the children in him doing so just because he was convicted of a crime before.
I personally wouldn’t want that type of man around my kids but we can drop the “won’t social take the kids” convo because no, they won’t lol

i rewatched that episode too the other day😂 she thought she was the nicest thing since sliced bread with that make up too😂😂
i actually realised she really is quite whiney jheeze how does Jord cope
