To be fair, you're right - I don't think the way they got together was the best but it has happened now, I suppose. Megan seems happy with her murderous other half, so each to their own!

She was always trying to get Dylan to spend time with her saying “it’s important to still do family things for the kids” No, you’re broken up that isn’t how it works.
She was always spending time with his family, that would annoy the hell out of me if I broke up with someone and they were always talking to and visiting my family. Her family seem supporting and live locally so she would have been fine not talking to them. Also Dylan was always having access to the kids so they could all see the babies on his weekends.
That’s not normal and is bound to wind up ReeAne. Even in a normal situation, not one where he’s already cheated on the first mother of his kids

she was being more civil then people I know would react
I worked in a child’s psych ward during lockdown last year and they told me it changes all the time what Asperger’s comes under. It’s a fine line the difference between them both and people argue over Asperger’s being on its own or under ASD. They have to change policies all the time due to it changing constantly if it’s classed under ASD or not.

I think that was for Mia’s documentary but they obvs didn’t use the footage. Maggie is desperate for fame, she’s the one who recommended Mia sign up for teen mum in the first place and was clear she loved the filming and was always involved.. and she had her daughter on one born every minute too, she probs asked to be apart of it but guessing they didn’t use the footage
