It's happened in 2019 but he didn't go to trial until last year Nov and he was out on bail up until then, he got sentenced in January just gone and got 3 years, will more then likely only have to do 18 months and will be able to spend the remainder of his sentence out on licence. So don't believe his out as yet. So Megan prob just spending time with his family
