It’s the mirrored cabinets for me, I couldn’t cope with the constant wiping it down because finger prints and dog marks on it. No offence to anyone with one, I’d just get annoyed with seeing marks on it

I actually like a bit of grey (I have a lush grey kitchen floor!) but not bloody everything.

I’m local as well. To me, where Chloe lives is miles from the city centre? Mind you I don’t have a car so Maybe it’s relative.
You can get houses round here double the size of her new build for not much more than she paid, but god forbid Chloe have an older house that isn’t Instagram perfect straight away new builds generally cause more issues than they’re worth with rushed construction (my sis works on building sites and has scared me off new builds forever lol).
I actually don’t mind Chloe but she’s annoying as hell about the house. No personality in it whatsoever. How do you live with that much grey?!

It's a big commuter area for Notts/Derbyshire - not far from the M1 or A610. Very accessible if you drive.

Mine was 110k and I have a big 3 bedroom Victorian house. My bathroom is the size of her living room Plus I have banging Bay windows!

No grey though. I have a personality

Yep. Vile. As well as the god awful glittery pots Megan, Billie and Reeanne have in their kitchen. Each to their own but I think they are as chavy as hell. Dont even get me started on Sassi's Versace wallpaper....

All the grey would drive me mad especially on a cloudy rainy day. I’d constantly feel like I was in a down mood. The rooms don’t seem well lit either. It’s just drab, cold, and dark in so many ways.
