I think she’s got plumper on them, they go red when you use it
 
I've never had my lips done and I don't think I know anybody in real life who has so this is a genuine question and not bitchy . Is it normal for lips to look so red and sore when they've got filler in? I understand it's an injection site obviously but Charlie's never seem to not be red and sore looking... is that because the skin is stretched and scarred or is that not normal with a decent nurse doing it?

It's normal after having them freshly done. Well it's normal for me and my friends. It's not normal for it to last. I suspect hers are so red & lumpy because she's had them overfilled in such a short space of time. It's clear to see the filler has migrated above her lip line too. She's had them done a handful of times over a couple of months. Iv not touched filler in years too many people over filming and over working peoples faces.

I know a few people with them and they were swollen and red for a couple days after they were done and then the swelling goes down and they just look fuller . I am no expert but to me Charlie's don't look nice. Preferred her lips before and I do think some people look good with the filler in!

Yeah I’m not saying she’s never had them done! But if you put plumper over fillers then it does go red and looks sore
