Oh how old was he?!

What would happen if say a 30 year old man gave sperm to a teenager? No intercourse or anything but the way morgan and laura got pregnant? Is there any laws on that? X
 
Whilst we're on the topic a lady in a baby-related Facebook group I'm on once explained that she's a single mum by choice and she "self sourced" sperm via a Facebook group, she decided that's how she was going to do it, requested to join the group and less than 48 hours later (her words) she had a man on her doorstep syringe of sperm in hand. 🤢

It’s creepy ain’t it . Like the whole idea of meeting someone off Facebook (so they claimed) to have some sperm off him 🤔

Surely sperm banks and doing it that way aren’t that much money? Does anyone know? Obviously IVF etc is a completely diff story and costs a lot but just using sperm donated properly in a clinic environment can’t break the bank that much? I am genuinely curious lol

Not a clue! I wouldn’t think there’s any laws because they were both of legal age. I don’t think sourcing sperm off a random man on Facebook should be legal mind 🤷🏻‍♀️ X

It's thousands to get donor sperm legitimately through a clinic etc and have it don't properly.

Edit: I also don't think they'd accept an 18 (17?) Year old newlywed couple but I could be wrong.

Off subject but Honestly the Channel 4 or 5 documentary on it was really interesting but also creepy. The one that someone mentioned in above on this thread page

I'm a lesbian. And unless you have thousands and thousands of disposal income the only way you're able to have a chance of having a family is joining the Sperm donor groups on Facebook. It's illegal for men to sell their Sperm, however it's not illegal to pay them their travel and accommodation. They have to provide proof of being clear of all STDS. There are 3 methods AI (artificial insemination), ni (natural insemination) and pi (partial insemination). Predominantly the men that say they will only donate via ni/pi are looking for a quick shag. We want to have families just like everyone else only our way is just a little bit different. Also I have to say at least gay kids are never a mistake/accident considering the hard work we have to put in, we really wanted those kids 🙌🏻🤣

His name is Simon Watson. He's messaged me a number of times (I'm not interested in Simon's Sperm, he is persistent though) He's rumoured now to have around 800 children. I'm not sure if that number is accurate.
