I'm sure Charlotte herself has said (during a q&a) that she doesn't call herself a Step-Mum, she's Harlow's Dad's partner and Harlow calls her Charlotte.
That's not to say they don't have a great relationship though, I definitely see genuine love between the two of them 😊

Tbf brett hasn’t bounce around like Charlie and isn’t on and off with Charlotte they’re pretty stable
