I think it’s just speculation.
Also I know we talk about Charlie’s family being like her but does anyone remember when she was getting married and moving and after a while Brett said he’d spoken to her family and Harlow wasn’t going anywhere? Sure I haven’t imagined this

Edit- I found a screenshot where Brett said he had support from them

So Dylan has the kids full time has done for 6 months and he has another baby on the way but he hasn’t said why he got them just that he got a call to come pick them up.
