I thought that too, not sure she realises just how many people have c-sections on a daily basis. She said one of the girls stopped breathing but pretty sure that would have been mentioned on the show.

I recon Charlotte could be pregnant and that's why her and Charlie have started to get on (because their kids will be siblings) and her and Brett are moving in together, also all of Charlottes 'I'm broody' posts are to stop people knowing she's actually pregnant.
