I very much doubt she could afford to buy anywhere let alone be able to get a mortgage, specially as a single person

Definitely got to be rented. There's no way Charlie could afford a mortgage without a secure income. FM isn't a secure income, neither is any of the other MLMs she does. I've just gone through a mortgage application and my partner is self employed so his income changes month to month, and even with me having a secure income and him earning a good amount, it was hard work getting approved. There's no way Charlie would!

If she only found out she was moving on Tuesday like she said then there’s no way she’s bought the house anyway. She definitely wouldn’t get a mortgage without a job either. She could get one as a single person as houses in Doncaster are pretty cheap but she wouldn’t get much

Me either altho I do really think it would be handy for washing and get rid of my ugly clothes horse!

Doubt it's a mortgage I don't think you could push it through that quick, I had no chain and we bought a development and it still took 8 months!
