I really think Charlie and Brett are that couple who will stay together for years but absolutely despise each other. Everything they do is for show and to seek other people’s approval, it’s really embarrassing. They’re toxic. They should not be together at all, I think they both could be much better people if they found partners that genuinely respected them. Neither of them respect each other, their whole relationship is based on craving attention, control, lies and manipulation. As soon as they made up after a huge argument, including being with other people and some serious allegations... their answer was to get engaged. You just know that their next answer to fix everything will be to have a baby. God forbid. I am so sad for Harlow’s future because you just know she’s going to have childhood trauma from watching her parents fighting all the time and not ever learning or seeing what real love looks like. Honestly, I hope they eventually grow out of their pathetic behaviour but unfortunately I don’t even think it’s an age thing with them. I think they’re genuinely just toxic people overall.
