This isn't a Charlie Vs Brett debate, it's debating them all as individuals, and whatever right or wrongs, nobody deserves any form of abuse.
 
I don’t think anyone can comment on the DV allegations, none of us know the truth it’s between Charlie and Brett. Yes we’ve seen the disgusting message Brett sent but I don’t think he would ever follow through as he doesn’t seem like he could beat his way out of a wet paper bag. They seem to both play with each other’s emotions all the time which is toxic as duck, there is no reason for them to be texting each other anymore unless it’s about Harlow

It doesn’t matter whether he would follow it through, the threats of it were enough.

I get what your saying but it’s also been noted that Charlie has been caught on CCTV threatening Brett/someone in his family. I’m not condoning it I’m just saying we cannot comment on it if we don’t no the truth. DV isn’t something that should be thrown around Willy nilly, stuff like that sticks
 
He said he needs a bat to smash her skull. It’s fairly obvious what he means by that, to even insinuate it is disgusting and like someone mentioned before, being abusive doesn’t just involve physical violence. If it was Charlie in those screenshots saying that to Brett, everyone would be calling her disgusting and talking about social services

I can't see how it can be taken any other way? He literally says a bat to smash your skull. Nobody is taking anything out of context, we're all reading exactly what he wrong. I just can't understand how anyone could interpret that any differently.

And I'm saying that as a previous member of the "Official Brett Carter Fan Club" 🥴🥴
 
Not in anyone’s fan club - I think they’re both as bad as each other. The message was bad, of course it was. Brett comes across as a guy who’s all talk and no action. I believe that anyone can come across as good on social media (Brett had most of us all fooled with his). As it’s been said previously, Charlie had said abusive stuff to Brett also. It seems that they both say things in the heat of the moment which they then later regret. Best thing for Harlow would be for them both to come completely off social media and live private lives.
I agree Charlie should change her locks if he’s letting himself into a house which isn’t his and he hasn’t had permission to enter.
 
Honestly I’m so disgusted by some of the comments on this thread about the domestic abuse. Extremely disrespectful to victims and you are the reason that victims don’t come forward or downplay their abuse. Absolutely disgusting.

And just to add - you clearly have a huge lack of understanding of domestic abuse, might be helpful to look at some awareness courses to prevent you saying such upsetting things in the future.

Yeah fair. I guess what I meant was I think it's something he stupidly said in the heat of the moment rather than he meant it as a threat he was actually going to do it (or wanted her to think it). Maybe I'm off the mark though? I obviously don't know either of them so don't know how Charlie would have taken it (or if he did mean it as a threat). Anyway I'm not trying to downplay his comment or cause an argument about it, I just didn't take it the same as 'I'm going to smash your head in'. Happy to accept my comments were in the wrong and move on though :)

Does anybody remember offhand what days (well after work I assume) during the week Brett has Harlow? Just wondering as 'Charlie' said about him not being bothered to see her today but he had her yesterday and I didn't think he had her two days in a row? Obviously they might have changed the routine for some reason, I'm just wondering 😅
