Im the same with my child. Settle fine at my mums & mine but no where else.

Its not just a case of being pissed off its her safety. Hes wanting her to be safe and he knows she's not in the cot so hes spoke to Charlie he clearly doesn't give a flying hoot.
 
Probably going to get some stick for this but Brett is her dad so what's wrong with Charlie seeing her bf while Harlow is there?

Yeah fair enough she has rushed into it the relationship but we can't blame her for Brett not having space at home. Also I agree maybe she could have her back tonight if he has absolutely no way of getting her to sleep safely but then he needs to sort out somewhere permanent.
 
It’s his responsibility to ensure she has a safe environment for Harlow to stay in when it’s his time to have her. He’d soon be complaining if Harlow couldn’t come to stay because he can’t find a solution. Give up the car, get something cheaper, find somewhere for him and Harlow to stay where she can be safe. There’s a nice few little flats for under £500 where they live. 🤷🏻‍♀️

No its not Charlie's fault hes not got the space but when her priorities havent been Harlow from the second she met the new boyfriend you know shes going to get stick for not taking her child to make sure she sleeps safe.. shes made it clear poor H comes second.
 
How long have they been broken up now? He's had loads of time to think of how he's gonna have Harlow while living at his mums. Kids don't stay babies forever, you need to step up and be ready for the next stage. They have bought her slides, toys, play shops but haven't sorted her out somewhere permanent to sleep?! Get a grip. That should have been the priority.

The main issue is that when Charlie has Harlow she is letting her new man of only a few weeks stay under the same roof and wearing matching pjs for photos. Charlie shouldn’t be introducing Harlow to every Tom dick and harry within a few days of being in a new relationship as it’s not fair to Harlow. Bretts raising a concern he has regarding Harlow climbing out of her bed which can be dangerous and Charlie obvs couldn’t care less
 
At the end of the day they both need to grow up and sort out being civil and good parents together. Yeah Brett is concerned which i completely get but he needs to be the bigger person and not have digs at Charlie. I understand he's annoyed but he 100% knows the trouble it will cause. He needs to focus on sorti g a safe place for Harlow to sleep in future. Charlie needs to focus on Harlow and her new job then take things slow with this boy.
They are both young and learning I know its no excuse and a lot of people will say I didn't act like that etc but everyone is different.

Hopefully one day soon they will mature and look back realising how ridiculous this all has been.

I'm sure most people can agree with me. I've said my opinion now so not going to debate this subject anymore haha.

His outgoings were probably based on him being with Charlie and them sharing the bills etc unless he’s paying her rent still / giving her money for Harlow? My partner has always said that if we ever split up, he doesn’t care what the Child maintenance payments were meant to be, he’d pay a million times more because he wants to give her everything. I can see Brett being like this. Granted he has an expensive car, but at the same time he can’t be spending all of his wages on that considering just how much he works, he must be paying tons to Charlie just to give Harlow what she needs. Although Charlie seems to think Harlow needs her mum to have excessive nails, lashes and lips🤷🏼‍♀️

Everyone having a dig at him he may not of expected her to climb out it so quickly? And wasn’t sure what to do his mum could easily be in bed at this time and didn’t want to bother her it’s clear he’s having a dig at Charlie but she’s being a tit mother? If my sons dad phoned me saying he was climbing out his cot ajd he didn’t know what to do I’d tell him to bring him home and to sort something not tell him no cause I was my ass banged by my 2 week boyfriend
