Get orajel it works so much better than Bonjella etc. also kick up a fuss say it’s really impacting you. That’s what I had to do as originally they only took 2 out as they were impacted. I don’t understand this I only had one wisdom tooth removed and it wasn’t as bad as yours I would say I only ever got toothache from it once a year or so. My dentist was like “you’re tooth is straight, I’ll have no problem taking it out I can take it out right now if you want it” actually gave me the option but I said no and phoned the next day I needed to mentally prepare myself for it so I don’t understand why they’re saying it needs to be impacted. I’m only 29 and my last one only just came through in the last month
