It 100% is. You only get 15 hours free childcare if your child is 2 and you’re a single mum

Exactly, it’s really easy to play the system they don’t really check. People go on about the partner sleeping over rule when there isn’t really a rule. People just say the partner comes over for food and brings there own food and doesn’t contribute to bills to get let off with it
