Well when she complains about her pain, she’s “hamming it up” but then when she manages to do something that she enjoys she must be making everything else up cos she manages to do that one thing! This thread has been so disappointing in somet of the things that people have said.

I have been largely house bound (luckily I’m able to WFH) for the past four months, I will hopefully be able to enjoy myself on my wedding day and honeymoon shortly.. doesn’t invalidate my issues because I manage to push through for one day!

Nobody is invalidating your issues. You are not Chloe. Therefore comments made about Chloe are not about you.

It’s obviously not nice that you’ve struggled and nobody would want you to miss out on things but nobody has made any comments about you.

All comments have been about Chloe, who’s on a show where lots of the cast have already admitted to staging scenes etc. So it’s not a big leap to think she’s milking things even if just a little. Do you often take photoshoots when you’re in extreme pain like she has? I doubt it.

Totally, I mean when you sell your soul to MTV you open yourself up to opinions!

The girl is also a walking contradiction, she constantly changes her narrative, I do it all on my own, no wait my mum does pretty much everything for me, I won’t let anyone have EH because I was abandoned as a baby vs I’m fuming my mum is going to fix her tyre as I’ll have to leave EH with my sister 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Don’t you just love when people get offended on other peoples behalf 😂

That’s true. Leaving the baby was a big deal for just a walk but she does pageants all the time and wouldn’t be about to have her eyes on her then
 
I understand it’s not about my issues but I don’t think people understand that they are continually making ableist comments in this thread and it’s so frustrating. I don’t want to keep having a go but I just wish people would be mindful about how they are saying things.

That being said, I do think part of this is the show’s (and Chloe’s actually) fault as neither are truly showing an accurate depiction of chronic illness. This is absolutely frustrating as someone who really has suffered and consistently worries people think they are just lazy!

No amount of chronic illness excuses Chloe from being vile to her mother though.

See! I find this a valid criticism because it’s factual and not trying to pick holes in her symptoms but in the way she acts towards others and twists the narrative.
 
Chloe’s attitude with her mum can be awful! Proper rubbing it in when her mum strapped EH in wrong ‘do you feel bad? You should do, it’s not good enough’. No way to speak to the person who helps you out with everything. Chef, maid, grandma, chauffeur, counsellor. She’s her lifeline! Proper cheeky!
 
If you watched y+p you’d of thought big D was literally about to croak any minute. But 4 years on she’s still here with us😂

There’s no doubt Chloe’s scenes are dramatised a lot. Her condition seems to be her only story line. Chloe said in the last ep that it flares up with she’s on her period. So does that mean MTV only film once a month? Just makes her look so boring and that her illnesses are her only personality trait.

She seems the most mature out of them all, really good head on her shoulders and I believe she’s just only turned 18 as well. Nice to see her so determined to go back to do her education & not let having a baby hold her back. I’m glad she has the support of her mum & brother, they seem like a very tight knit family💗
 
Is it just me who cant understand chloe mum doing pageants?

Shes only 39 but looks much older (late 40s). Is around 4-5st overweight. Why is she at pageants? Her face isnt that attractive either (??) big chin and large nose. Id never in a million yr put her at a pagesnt or say shes more attractive than average

Have i missed something? Cant beliebe she is only 39. People late 30s i know are in better shape and look much better than that
