It depends on how blonde, she said said something about how one of her clients are the same blonde and it seems to work. If there like white invisible blonde then yeah it won’t work
I’m not sure if I’ll need 6 sessions I’ve been getting waxed since just before covid and they have gone very thin but my legs still grow really quick

I have the same issue. My leg hair is practically invisible it’s so blonde but it grows so quickly! Baffles me how it’s so light when my natural hair is very dark brown
