I see what you’re saying but having a baby does completely change your body and some people struggle a lot more to lose the weight than others even with strict dieting and going to the gym. Technically everyone that’s had a child still has a ‘mamma body’ because their body grew a baby, it won’t ever be the same even if you lose the weight.I'm not saying this is the case with Sassi but her mentioning her body after having a baby made me think I hate when women are like "Mama body" years after having a baby , you can't always blame it on that. I've had 2 kids and not happy with my body at all but I know it's my own fault for poor diet and lack of exercise

10000%. It’s definitely a combo of this and aging. Your body will never be the same after kids, your body goes through A LOT. I had my first very young as well and I never 100% bounced back. I have lost so much weight. I used to eat white bread for breakfast and lunch. I now fast until around 11:30 and will have a salad, jacket potato (tuna, dairy free cheese, some other filling) or chicken with rice and fruit. Sometimes I'll have GF crisps. My diet right now is terrible I survive on tit snacks and Pepsi max it’s actually awful, your meals sounds really nice I just need to start a fresh on Monday and see how I get on. We have a holiday booked for September so that’s my goal to get shifting the mum tumI have lost so much weight. I used to eat white bread for breakfast and lunch. I also LOVE milk, so the arla lacto free has been the best for me, I go through a carton a day, so dread to think what my sugar consumption was like before
I was also addicted to diet coke/Pepsi max. I quit that too and now only drink water and decaf tea during the day, which has made a huge difference to bloating. I was doing a whole big bottle a day! I just find it sad how Sassi has gone and had surgery when there was nothing wrong at all. I’m the biggest I’ve been and still can’t imagine having anything done. I think this is the surgery that she had cancelled a few months ago and a lot of us were hoping she’d change her mind but I guess not
