She suggested this and he didn’t even respond. That would be an issue for me if he wouldn’t even consider it
 
Hiiii as I’ve said a few times I’m re watching from season 1. Anyway I’m up to the episode where Shannon finds out she’s pregnant with Charlie’s baby after ‘forgetting’ to take the morning after pill. I’m just curious to know others opinions on it. It definitely takes two to make a baby and Charlie should of worn a condom but I also think she planned it and she’s lying when she says she forgot to take the morning after pill.

She definitely didn’t forget. There’s a small scene where Charlie says a friend of hers told him she ‘forgot’ with Theo too.
So you conveniently forget to take the pill both times you got pregnant? Don’t believe it

I am so relieved someone else agrees with me. It’s such a difficult subject because I’m also a woman and I hate to ‘blame the woman’ but come on now? She went to Asda specifically for the morning after pill and ‘forgot’ because she had ‘so much on’… a food shop? The pharmacy would be my first stop, food shop after! And youre telling me she only realised 4 days later that she hasn’t took it? Nah 🤣 She’s done it to trap Charlie. Sometimes I think well maybe she didn’t PLAN to get pregnant but ‘forgetting’ to take the morning after pill definitely worked in her favour I think. She also thinks by saying ‘I did have the the intention of getting it and taking it!! I told you and my mum I was going to get it’ like that means anything at all 🤣

We’re all on your side here don’t worry 🤣 I didn’t know tattle was a thing back then and made the mistake of tweeting something along the lines of this and beefing what felt like everyone on the app 🤣🤣🤣

I was so so scared that I was gunna get mobbed with people coming at me with pitchforks the lot. I debated posting but curiosity for other peoples opinions got too much 🤣 like I said I totally understand he could of wore a condom but she was the one that said she was going to get the morning after pill, it was agreed!

Of course it takes two, but if she said she was going to get the morning after pill and didn’t, then she’s in the wrong in my opinion. He obviously made it clear he didn’t want another and was pretty much forced into having another one, if it was a woman being forced to have a baby there would be outrage.

I do think Charlie was a head though, but she wasn’t innocent in any of it either

Nah I agree, there’s a real level of deceit there from
Shannon.

I know we only see a tiny snapshot of their lives but it’s quite alarming how many of them display quite controlling behaviour towards their partners.

Yeah, it’s shocking that she was the one that said she would go and get the pill and it was agreed. I can’t see how someone would forget to do something as big as that!
 
am i the only one who actually kinda believed she genuinely forgot? like she went to do the food shop whilst looking after theo (who was a handful lets be real) and she was hardly the most cool calm and collected, nor the brightest, i can imagine her getting overwhelmed in the supermarket and then going home and just forgetting. also charlie deffo could've just used a condom, or pulled out. i think if she was lying she'd just say she took the pill and it didnt work, given its not 100% effective?

Maybe I would have believed her if like I said above someone hadn’t told Charlie about Theodore. That can’t be a coincidence imo
