My son never went to a dentist until he was 5, think it’s pretty pointless to take them when younger than that as teeth are still growing and you’ll struggle to get them to open their mouth to allow a dentist to look in it when they’re a toddlerAren’t kids supposed to go to a dentist when they first get teeth? Wine gums (controversially I keep them in the fridge, 10/10 recommend, whack them in now ready for TM time everyone )
Also got an antipasto platter, crackers and some ready salted seabrooks ready and waiting.
So is mine ive fucked about with it too much I'm having to be careful how many fats I have atm and trying to stick to a calorie deficit I have to look at the labels closely snack wise I'm on fruit those fibre 90 bars you can get covers the chocolate craving for me cucumber sticks those laughing cow cheese triangles on crumpets (it's nicer than it sounds) rice cakes the fridge raiders chicken is nice once in a while fat free yogurts low cal jelly I know it sounds boring but I'd rather this than no snacks at allMore diet recommendations please cos I’ve just put on weight reading some of these snack suggestions, my metabolism is long gone and I need to shift this baby weight
