Her back and neck must be very sore with that bra situation. She's large busted, I'd put her around a 36F or so and that looks far smaller than she needs. It's amazing what a good bra can do for your self confidence hahaha (speaking as a trained fitter)

I came to say this!I'm also a trained fitter and she could also benefit from wearing a nude bra under white. At least a 36F and probably doesn't needed a padded bra at all if she had smooth cup she would look less broad
