Does anyone else think it’s harsh that Shannon went away without her boys and taken her little girl ? They’re with Charlie who she claims never helps but they must of been there at least a week now. I understand it’s with her daughters dads family but surely they could have taken the boys too ?

I agree, would have been nice for them to all go away together, I don't think I'd bring 1 and not the other 2, also thought Charlie never has the boys 🙄.
 
Unless you have a court order that shows the child lives with you (you’ll have to show a copy of this) then you need permission from the other parent, best to have it just in case but a lot of the time they don’t check. Used to be under the impression that you didn’t need anything as I’d never been asked in the past and even said on these threads that you don’t but I’m currently going through a custody battle so have been advised on it. Seeing as Shannon and Charlie can be really petty to each other, maybe he didn’t give her permission? Wasn’t he slagging her bf of on insta?

I’ve never seen Charlie say anything but Shannon’s made loads of petty jibes in the past

i think even if they say no you can still go regardless if its under 2 weeks
 
I've never took permission for my oldest but did get stopped once when arriving back to the UK due to having different surnames and was just advised to take a birth certificate in future not been abroad for a few years and can't remember if I took it the time after that
 
I'm taking my child on holiday soon - without dad 🤣, very much still with Dad but we're not married..yet (still refer to him as husband as been together a long time) different names on passports. I'm taking the birth certificate with me just incase because knowing my luck they'll want it 🤦🏽‍♀️ everyone of us travelling has a different last name so just for my peace of mind I'll be taking the birth cert 🤣

Same, I travel with mine to see my family while his dad’s working, I carry a copy of his birth certificate and photocopy of his dad’s passport. I’ve only been asked once about my relationship to my son coming back in to the UK, I offered to show them the documents but they weren’t bothered 😂

Nah I don’t think so either, she’s lazy as duck and I’ve slagged her off loads on here lol just giving her the benefit of the doubt as that could’ve been a reason the boys aren’t going. I just have a feeling she couldn’t be bothered to take them cos even if Charlie did stop it, she shouldn’t have gone with just her daughter as they’d be upset about it
