Wow I didn’t realise how expensive rent was I’m in Liverpool and my first house was a 3 bed and cost £395 a month

Crazy isn't it, mines still a tracker for another year so the interest goes up and down depending on the base rate

Chloe’s house would be £250k minimum where I am in the south west. It’s horrendous!!!

Chloes house is in an notts-commute hot spot. It's near the M1 so that adds value, plus it's a new build in a relatively old town.


I'm looking at 4 beds just down the road for £220k

I've been to Thailand I went travelling few years ago and to be fair the cities and strips are shitholes they stunk its only the beaches that were nice. I doubt he's there to feel the sand on his toes though he's only there because the weed is legal now

There's a house in next town from me that's up for £30k to buy it needs a new bathroom and kitchen and completely refurbed
