I agree many times it is allowed to go to far but if there was proof she had hurt one of them she definitely could lose them.

Im pretty sure it’s not illegal to hit your kids in this country (should be) I know Scotland made that law recently, so it would have to be proper physical assault / pain inflicted on the children to warrant them being taken.

He literally should not have to go to court for the right to see his child unless he is a danger. Court process is extremely time consuming and expensive. Dads shouldn’t HAVE to fight to see their child unless there’s a very good reason for the baby mum to decline access.

You can apply to the court for an application feee something around £200-£300. You don’t need a solicitor either. I don’t know why people are under the impression you have to pay £1000’s. Solicitors will literally charge grands just to do an application you can fill out yourself. He could be going through court already for all we know and if he isn’t he must be an idiot as he sure had money to go pay 4-5k for his Turkey teeth and to be on trips with Mia ffs

I think you're right, it's not illegal to 'smack' your child but if you leave a mark it's classed as assault. I know someone who this happened to, child went to school with a mark and parent had to leave, interviewed by police, examined by Drs etc. They didn't lose their child in the end but it was along road before they were allowed contact and to eventually return home and this was a school aged child not a baby.

Just editing to add, it wasn't me.
Also it reads like I'm sympathising with the parent,I'm not at all they're an idiot, was just trying to factually recall how utterly happened.
 
My take on the Ree/Dylan situation:

-It’s R’s karma. Megan isn’t perfect and has done her share of stuff but at the end of the day Ree-Anne chose to be with Dylan knowing he was engaged to Megan and they had kids. How you get them is how you lose them

-Ree always came off as fake and very snake like because of the Dylan thing, but the pancake lady thing confirmed it. She yapped her mouth to pancake lady about Megan and was actively feeding her info and twisting the situation about Megan not having her kids. It’s something so sinister about Ree pretending not to be bothered by Megan and as though Megan is the problem and basically be one of the driving forces behind a fake account slagging her off

-Ree knows how kids are made. Even if Carter was a genuine accident she should have been more careful and not got pregnant a second time by Dylan imo. That was extremely selfish knowing she doesn’t work, can’t drive and isn’t enrolled in school. She’s setting her kids up to be in a cramped flat with no space amongst themselves and limiting what she can provide for them as their mum. And that’s not me bashing people who need/get benefits because life happens but even before Carter came around she should have been trying to improve her situation instead of worrying about Dylan and Megan and then getting pregnant for him twice.

-Carter and Francesca are still toddlers. How she can stand to be away from them that long is beyond me. She’s on Instagram posting getting her nails and hair done, some man’s elbow and all these quotes but doesn’t have her kids? Even if she’s fighting for them behind the scenes it’s so odd to me that it’s business as usual on Instagram. I would have been so worried about my kids and wouldn’t be able to post and be going out with friends and on dates
 
It takes a lot to get a child removed from a mother especially I personally think she just couldn’t cope and maybe struggled with her mental health she always moaned how she had no life with the kids. Dylan is such a mess noway social services would think his environment is better in my opinion! What’s with their weird circle of sleeping with each other’s friends and having babies with their mates ex. More drama with this lot than the actual show. Also what did Mia do that to her teeth for I think they look worse
 
I just want to point something out with people over all this reann stuff. Obviously I don’t know the girl and just going by my knowledge of what we’ve been told and the information I know from sitting on panels when kids get removed from parents. I don’t work as a sw or in the service but what I can say is kids do get removed when they have been hit once and a mark has been left. I’ve read files where once the kid has been hit and there’s scratches, black eyes, teeth out due to being hit. They do get removed no questions asked when the parents being investigated but what we don’t know is has reann previously been reported to ss due to conditions of their living environment?
like we all know she puts up this persona on Instagram which Is different to her on the show.
We all aren’t sure she’s got Isabella but look of things she lives with her dad and it is true a parent could be told to have visitation with one child and not the others if it prevents them having emotional distress or maybe she does have visits with the youngest but she just doesn’t turn up.
I have people on my Facebook who’s had there kids taken off them and social media presences go one of two ways: go on and on and on about there kids are there world, saying they miss them, making it completely obvious there kids been taken off them saying it’s them against the world. The other way is complete radio silence of their children but then making it obvious they are going out a lot and people would forget they even have kids. As I said before I think the kids have been removed due to her hitting the kids the commenter was right about her not having the kids anymore which has been 100% confirmed but we haven’t had anything to say the other part of the comment is a lie.
 
I’m not sure there’s any point speculating on what may or may have not happened based on what we might have seen in snippets of our life from others experiences. She could have hit the kids, she could have neglected them, she could have had a breakdown, she could have just been spiteful and told dylpickle to take them..
 
I think the same. I remember another time she was doing a q&a around the time she had Dylan redecorating the living room, and someone asked her about her parenting style and she said she’s a “very strict” mum and shouts a lot or something. Tbh social services most likely have been involved for a while as I’m sure she was in the same mother and baby unit as Megan? I truly do not believe it’s anything to do with her mental health or just handing the kids over to Dylan coz she couldn’t be bothered anymore. Reeann comes across as a very nasty, spiteful person.
ETA: I also remember how filthy her flat was and how her kids were always grubby looking, nappy’s so full they were hanging down to their knees, dirty clothes, didn’t look like she bathed them for ages. Even if she didn’t hit them she was neglecting them.

Reanne just posted a story of her nails, you can hear Isabella talking in the background and it looks like she’s sitting in her living room (noticed a tree in the background and reeane in pj bottoms) Clearly a prove to show she does still have Isabella! I wonder if she was struggling with the younger two and asked Dylan to take them for a bit and he’s refused to give them back? Since he has a history of this?

For 6 months? No
I think she gave them up willingly or they were removed
 
I don't think what Reeane posted proves anything really. All the videos she's posted of her eldest previously have been out and about with her dad present (from what I've seen). If he is supervising contact, there's no reason she couldn't be at Reeanes with her dad there or someone else from his family. I think She is trying to make it look like she's there and all is well but personally don't think that's the case.
 
Reeane would definitely be posting if Dylan had done something wrong (not given the kids back), shes awfully quiet on this subject for someone who was so happy to post about Megan's dramas with her kids. I used to like Reeane, thought she was a good mum and all about the kids but now I can see I was wrong l
