As someone who works in healthcare, it isn't just 12 hour shifts, it's often 13/14 hours! It's exhausting, I have 3 children (my youngest is 8) and my job doesn't care that I have kids, I work unsociable hours, Xmas, new year, birthdays. I'm like the walking dead most days
I am very lucky I have a good husband who picks up childcare/ housework etc, would Jordan be happy to do that? Also you are literally responsible for other people's lives and you can't be willy nilly about it, you make life and death decisions, on the spot. She's way too flakey and ditzy. Imagine her doing 3 nightshifts on the bounce
