I didn't bite anyones head off. She had asked if he had been diagnosed and I said it wasn't as simple, which is fact? we wouldn't get that from the series, as it's 8 episodes long and it was forwards then last episodes, when in fact it can take years. I think Amber thought in one of the episodes that it would be as simple as getting that private appointment and walking away with a diagnosis which would never happen! We don't know what's happened since the camera have stopped rolling though. I can sympathise with Amber a lot!I wouldn’t take the comment that personally just seems to be certain users take comments over “the subject” very person and really judge people for even question “the subject” even when you made it clear in yours you haven’t watched the the last two episodes. People just pick and choose what to take in from peoples comments on “the subject” to try and start arguments, debates or try and be little people.
That think you did any wrong, all you asked was a simple yes or no answer. There was no need to bite your head of for it at all.
I think “the subject” should just be ban from discussion until Amber and Brooklyn have an official conclusion to “the subject”
Not sure what I said so bad! I only said it was as simple as people think
I think you took my comment way out of context. My comment was implying that I think Amber seemed to think it was as simple as rocking Up for an appointment and getting a diagnosis. When it can take years, which is fact. I don't think many people realise this when they start this journey and I can really sympathise with her. It's a long old process and not something that's taken lightly! I'm not patronising, even if it sounds like I am, I'm really not. I have autism and adhd myself and a tit way with words, my children have asd and need to come off this thread!Never said it was that simple, not getting into a debate about who knows more and the right things to say about autism/ADHD , just asked what I did because the comment I quoted said she looked gutted she was told he doesn't have ADHD .... so gave the impression it was going no further
