Is there actual proof of this? I've seen fans say it as they are annoyed with the frequent merch drops & decline in quality, but I can't actually find anything official that says her label is in charge of the merch.

not official press releases but when I used to buy merch pre-Lover, Taylor Nation was heavily involved. Now it is all through UMG (universal music group) as you can see if you scroll through the website, so it’s probably a safe assumption to make!

She probably did have to give up something for her freedom.
At this point I have no idea how many vinyls will be coming to my house this week what with all of the releases so I'm sure I'll have some spare pre-sale codes.

I have to say though, the anxiety I'm feeling to try and get tickets is ridiculous at the moment. I'm financially able to afford what seat I want, but I have a feeling it'll be like every other time I try to get tickets and the bots get there first. It's so disappointing.
A lot of the time, the most likely place to get tickets is actual ticketmaster outlets. Some ones in NI take preorders and just divy them out later.

Songwriting credits (apparently)

I’m from the uk, never been to a taylor swift tour before but have some questions before (trying to) buy tickets
- what is the price usually
- where do I get them from 🤣 the website or shop or something
- how competitive it usually is

Tickets for big shows especially stadiums are generally quite pricey these days. I bought nosebleed seats for rep tour and they were about £60 (plus all the fees and stuff) I think the most expensive were maybe £200 but I can’t remember.

Harry’s Wembley show next year starts at £75 so I would expect that to be the rough starting figure. I think pit tickets for Harry were around £150-£200.

I got my rep tickets through ticketmaster (I can’t remember if other sites such as see tickets or gigs and tours were selling them. I had TM presale link so just used that )

Personally I didn’t find it competitive. I logged in around 15/20 mins after they had gone live as was able to get the cheap seat I was after but I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience. This could be more competitive as she’s not toured in a while and there’s probably going to be limited shows.

It’s likely to be through Ticketmaster and for Rep she used their Verified Fan system so you could earn points to boost your place in the queues etc by watching videos and things? There’s also a presale code if you pre-order the album in any format via the UK store (already included if you’ve already done this). There was also a link a page or so back to register without purchasing for presale codes but I don’t know whether that will work? I’ve only been to Rep and I paid about £97 for floor seats? Expecting it to be far more for similar this time around, but also wouldn’t do floor again and would do lower level seated.

I saw a tik tok that said pit tickets are likely to be $500 in the US.

So with the $ and £ being level. Do we think pit here is likely to be £500? Dont think I can afford that 😂

America is much more of a free for all re: price than the UK - or it used to be, before Ticketmaster dynamic pricing.

it will change from venue to venue but for rep most places had seats starting from around £60 and she did something weird with the standing room where she actually puts seats in as well as “standing pit” - the very front row was £99 at the Etihad. I remember it well because I looked and thought no way - going to be longing for those days now lol!

demand wise, this is just a guess but obviously everyone will be scrambling for tickets because she’s touring off the back of four new albums (and two Taylor’s versions I guess) and the interest in her has gone up a lot since Folklore. So they probably will sell out or come close. But then people will start to resell them via Ticketmaster’s official programme or Twickets

Im prepared to pay £250 a ticket.

Do you think seating is better than standing? Ive never gone so I dont wanna regret it with it potentially costing an arm and a leg. Ive never sat at any concert ever. 🙈

Im not too stressed about getting tickets. It will be about as difficult as harry styles and I managed to get fairly decent seats for that last year and this year. I’m not sure she’s bigger than him popularity wise in the U.K.?

When I went to rep the floor area had seats still so it could be the same, the seats around the arena are slightly tiered though so if you’re short or with a young person they are usually best

I can’t quite work out her popularity in the UK. I think she’s got a very sizeable following but I think there are people who are definitely bigger than her in terms of popularity. But I think she’s probably a lot bigger in the US.

I’d say Harry and Ed Sheeran are probably more popular maybe also Lewis Capaldi who’s tickets are like gold dust. I get the impression her UK fans tend to be a little older as well.

I remember rep tour UK shows had quite a few empty seats, I don't think that's where her biggest audience is at even though she's always pandered towards the UK a lot even before dating Joe. She can always count on the US and Australia though.

off the back of the rep it really wasn’t “cool” to like her at all, and she priced her tickets higher to dissuade resellers. This time around I think she’s certainly more popular than Lewis Capaldi and Harry, maybe evens with Ed in the UK

I think the fact the UK site crashed immediately after it was announced therr was a presale code is a telling.
When I got rep tickets I got them like a week before the date. But when I got lover fest tickets they sold out like instantly. And I think because its been years since she toured it will be popular.

Prices for her tours have defo gone up so will expect this tour to be no different. For speak now I got floor seating for £35 😅. Pit tickets for red were £95, and I think I roughly spent about £85 for rep way up in nosebleeds!!!

It’s worth keeping in mind that ticketmaster release more tickets generally on the day and if it’s a stadium tour there will be tonnes on Twickets. If people can’t afford them now I don’t think there is a need to stress.
This is really good to know. Thank you!!
