I was a size 12 I have cut out crap, and I walk and run. I have gone down to a 10 but I haven’t always been a 12, a few year ago I was a size 18. I had to change what I ate and how I kept fit. Trasha doesn’t seem to be able to eat healthy, she buys crap. Feeds her kids crap. It’s going to take a lot longer than 9 days to change her habits.
