I've been following this thread for a while but only just reset the password on my account to comment.

I'm sure she gets more ridiculous every week - don't get me started on the obvious Sweaty Betty leggings beg.. but Indesit ad / the stories watching Crazy Rich Asians yesterday wound me up majorly! She talks like her followers are 1950s housewives.

Also, she's been engaged since June.. why has she waited until 3 days before an unnecessary engagement photoshoot to buy a dress for it?! Was she planning to loose weight? Does she actually have a much better dress already in her wardrobe that'll have been 'kindly gifted'?! ARGH.

I usually quite like Tally, I don't pay tons of attention, she's fine - however the amount of wedding-and-engagement related ridiculousness is just getting insane.
At this point she’s making it all ‘content’. You know how they regularly ask for ideas for content - as if anyone asked for unflattering dresses on her. She has the worst styling and colour choices ever 🫠 I said what I said

She can't even do a set of deadlifts with any weights on the bar?

She sells advice on fitness, sorry "intuitive movement". I'm embarrassed for her.

And also wondering what things I'm useless at that I should do as my next career move 🤔

Intuitive equestrian? (I have never sat on a horse)

I was shocked by this too. She must be incredibly unfit. She talks like she’s recovering from illness of injury.
 
I vaguely remember her saying something about needing an osteopath for her back!?!
If that is the case then as a fitness professional she should know to be following her rehab programme and not just rocking up to her besties and doing whatever she fancies. Either way its a shockingly bad post.

Didn’t she then basically say the osteopath said/she’d realised that being lighter would help her back? Or maybe I imagined that (spoiler - it’s true)

Problem is she seems to have put the weight on in a fairly short space of time, so I'm not surprised if her spine doesn't appreciate that. In the same way that losing weight quickly isn't great for your body. Plus she's backed off the weights because it isn't "intuitive" enough for her, and yet weights are important for bone health.
