I really don’t see Syd and Cass lasting long term and I bet MM’s breakup will influence many young girls/mums to reevaluate their relationships.

In my brain I categorise the likes of Molly & Tommy, Syd & Cass, Elle Darby & Connor as the same sort. The women obsessed with keeping up appearances and making it seem like they are successful by ticking off certain boxes in a very public manner. But the ‘men’ they choose are, well, boys who they baby trap and push to propose to them young. The foundations that these showy relationships are built on are mainly a facade and sooner or later the cracks begin to show.

Tbh I side eye most relationships that are based off of public displays of affection and rushing to hit milestones as if it’s a competition. They are always so void of any authentic chemistry and affection!

It seems even worse these past few months, she seems depressed to me. I think the reality of the situation is sinking in. Her whole old life revolved around Ell and the loss must finally be sinking in after the initial anger. She rekindled with the wrong person 🙃
 
I've said it before, syd is never satisfied. Already thinking about moving house, the next holiday etc. You can tell somethings not right with her mood just now, I don't think motherhood has maybe turned out like she thought it would, Oceans alot more fiesty & head strong than the Dolly she wanted for insta. I think she misses having a proper best friend (or side kick), despite all these YouTube "besties", she's lonely, they've all got their own friends or the twins have each other & aren't that close by. Even rekindling with Molly hasn't created THAT best friend again. Also, maybe thinking too much into it, but I find it weird that her & Cass are happy for her to go on week long holidays with Ocean but he stays at home. I get that he has an actual job & can't just jet off whenever but I don't know how my partner would feel not seeing our children for so long just because there's problems to run away from

Sorry when was TGTG only for poor families?! Its simply just an app that helps to stop food waste at the end of each day for food businesses. Its not a charity or poor families app and Syd ordering bag here and there isnt "stopping poor families". This was a major reach. Anyone can order from there - their aim is to reduce food waste. Not to feed the homeless?
