I saw this I fail to see how they’ve a site, and are able to build on it with a mortgage and She’s never said a word. Build mortgages are so hard to get especially on your second, and I thought there was a lot of red tape around building “rurally” now?.

probably adding another caravan to her mas back garden 🤣

It’s so filtered that you can’t even see her nose or facial features. STOP HIDING BEHIND THE FILTERS. It actually riles me up so much and by doing this there are probably women out there so insecure wondering why at their age they don’t like that like and it’s because there are so many filters on her photos. Like I’m all for not growing old gracefully and can’t wait to get a nip and tuck at some stage (I’m actually 42 but look 10 years younger than her) but she doesn’t look like that. If she ever goes missing and any pictures used you’d never spot her because SHE DOESNT LOOK LIKE HER PICTURES. Suzanne I’m begging you stop doing it and just full on represent the women in your age bracket with how you really are.

So I never ever listen to her stories cause it’s all shite but her poor kid trying to get her to play and give her attention and she’s just ignoring her to talk into a phone. Like engage with your kid and do the waffling when she’s not trying to play with you. I do not like mammy shaming because we all have our own ways but the kid just wants to play with her mam. I actually felt so sorry for her. These are the things kids remember and as someone who works with children the amount of them who tell me mammy or daddy os always looking on their phone or on their phone or their favourite thing to do is be on their phone. It sad. She can easily give the child some attention and when Sophia is done with the attention which will happen she can then do her Instagram waffle. It just saddens me to see that.
 
having a site means nothing. Local need is mostly everywhere now so they could be refused planning. My sister is renting in an area over 5 yrs and they were refused due to local planning needs to even buy a house in the area Both her and her husband work full time since they moved to the area . They have to move back closer to home now and start again with new jobs. The cost of building now is extortionate aswell all well and good Martin wiring a house to save money once he’s reci registered 🧐 the cost of material will cripple them if they don’t have huge amounts of money behind them
 
What absolutely terrible advice to give people, she honestly thinks you can whack up a house with no planning permission doesn't matter if is a log cabin or bricks and mortar a house is a house. Sure you can't even put a mobile on your land now without planning permission,she's delusional

I was about to say the same. Shamelessly on the beg. So now it will be log cabin content like we had the tummy tucks content, then once she has that it will be “anyone know the best places for materials girls” “can anyone recommend a window fitter”

she’s a scumbag, time to unfollow again I think. Only hate re-followed to find out the elephant in the room. Which she never addressed (probably because she is the elephant)
