It would appear so yes...

But the point is they aren't means testing. They're using a blunt instrument to hammer the most vulnerable in society. If the tories did this she'd be rightly up in arms. But it's Kier. So must be OK.
'Not a fan' is the most insultingly lukewarm attack on a horrible policy.
And what's more a policy they did not reveal before the election.

Just in case the world's bestest Labour supporter and Tory hater forgets what Capn Flip Flop said a couple of years ago:

This winter fuels allowance thing genuinely upsets me as its so bleeping mean. Honestly old people are low hanging fruit. There are far bigger targets available to claw back money. And possibly unfavourable opinion but immediately kowtowing to the rail and doctors unions and awarding them massive payrises when there is a cost of living crisis and as jobs go they were well paid is bonkers.
The thought of old people scared to put their heating on is disgusting. Starmer should hang his big rectangular head in shame. Tanya not addressing this is pathetic.

Agree. I remember my grandma’s next door neighbour dying of hypothermia in the 80’s, which is an absolutely horrible way to go. I knew this Labour government would be a disaster but they’re exceeding expectations at the moment.

I’m genuinely astounded by the Labour government. I’m not a big lefty at all and would probably be fairly centrist but they seem more right wing than the tories. When I heard that the cap for the means tested one was 12.5k income I was bleeping disgusted.
