I have done this before for another insta hun and so disappointed.. they basically wrote to her and asked her to amend her posts and remind her of the guidelines.. when I questioned where were the consequences/accountability and if it was upheld why wasn’t it published on their bulletin.
This was the response:
As stated in our previous correspondence, the function of the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland is to ensure that advertisers comply with the requirements of the Code of Standards for Advertising and Marketing Communications in Ireland. In doing so, the ASAI request that advertisements in breach of the code are either amended or withdrawn. The ASAI are not a legal body and do not enforce sanctions.

In this case, as the advertisements were amended, there were no grounds for the complaint to be presented to the Complaints Committee. Considering this, the matter was dealt with informally and not published online in a bulletin.

I know the TD you are talking about and I agree, she is amazing! What did Sabby say about her?
 
Is she standing out in the green in front of her estate. I can only imagine what the neighbours think of her.

I was only thinking this, haven't seen or heard him banging around in ages. Only time you see his limb 😉 is at the weekend in Hannah's. I have a feeling he only stays at the weekend, couldn't be dealing with her narcissistic ways. Unfortunately he has made his bed now

Until they start issuing fines for non compliance then the ASAI are absolutely useless.
