I can see this happening with OG Ella if she isn’t careful. Just the way she’s biting at Ella eile (love this nickname from my pod on paper - the Irish gals will get it) and also being a bit of a witch to Jess just makes me feel like she’s a bit full of it at the moment.

It’s a bit hypocritical. Telling Jess closed off should mean closed off. Well it didn’t mean that for her in Casa.
She was being hypocritical the whole episode tbh.
Also people can have a type they normally go for and still find other people attractive

it is kinda hypocritical but as she’s done it herself she knows it’s wrong so is telling jess not to do it. i was thinking more about people saying why is she pushing her to sammy.
she straight up told them she was using Josh to make Sammy jealous, if she had any real intentions with Josh they’d support her but they know she’s just playing games and were telling her she should be careful because it could all backfire, they literally saw Jess play this same game with Mitch and then she cried for days over Sammy, who then cracked on with Mal.

They also rightfully called her out for wasting Josh’s time, I like Jess but if she has no intentions of ultimately even considering choosing him over Sammy, she shouldn’t be giving him false hope.

as much as i hate sammy and want jess to move on they know based on Jess own words that she actually doesn’t like Josh so why would they encourage her to just use the guy? They ultimately know Jess is going back to Sammy, they’ve had drama nearly every week and she always chooses him in the end so the girls-just in a more polite way- are telling her not to waste everyone’s time and just skip to doing what she knows she’s going to do.

with the ella thing i just didn’t think it was that big of deal. people on love island always lie about not having a type. ella b said her type and then said she didn’t have one. that’s different to having a type and then finding others attractive. and i don’t know how people are buying that she likes mitch, doesn’t seem like she would ever go for him but she has little chance with ty and mitch is easy. og ella just pointed out her type and people called her rude for it.

og ella is threatened by ella b. they obviously don’t like each other. they had that little fight they had in the bedroom so i don’t understand why og ella has to be nice to ella b? ella b hasn’t exactly been nice to og ella? like she said her name shouldn’t be in her mouth. there’s been nothing but hostility between them so i don’t get why people are annoyed about og ella. dont get me wrong ella b is a great bombshell, she’s managed to rattle ella successfully but obviously og ella isn’t just gonna take that, i think it’s unfair to be mad at og ella for being “rude” (barely) but ella b is allowed to say whatever she wants about og ella. i think people are making it a bigger deal than it was, it’s just cattiness between two girls who don’t like each other, og ella is being petty. great tv tho

Plus Jess was picked by Josh twice - she didn't pick him. And I think she is just being quite kind and respectful to him tbh.
When Ella went into Casa she actively pursued Ouzy.

there’s nothing kind or respectful if you admit you’re using josh and just with him to get at sammy. especially if you’re told it’s wrong but ignore it. she was picked cause she said the door is closed but there’s a foot in it or something
