Mitch is my winner, doesn’t really matter to me who stands by side, Abi’s OK but she should let him keep all of the £50,000, he’s earned it she hasn’t. No one is good enough for Whitney IMO, think we’d know instantly if Whitney was truly smitten but we’ve not seen that [yet]. No one (viz social media) likes Mollie, I do get why but she doesn’t infuriate me “all the world’s a stage etc etc …. “ but I do think they’re the only couple who actually fancy each other.
[.. departing stage right to enter witness protection.. 😳]

Jess and Sammy situation is easy to read. He likes Jess’s personality but he doesn’t fancy her he sees her as a ticket to the final. He wants someone thinner like Amber but knows he’ll probably get voted out if he doesn’t stick with Jess. Ella and Ty have this in the bag I think if they manage to stay together until the final. They do have real chemistry but are no good for each other at all. I can see them as one of those couples you see where the man is chatting to girls half his age down the local pub and his wife comes in dragging him out by his ear 😭

Catherine is a nasty piece of work and I hope she’s the next one out. Scott seems so kind I really don’t understand why none of them give him the time of day? I feel like there’s something we’re missing.

Exactly this. There is something going on with Scott that isn’t tangible because we aren’t there. It might be bullying at one end of the scale or that he’s an utter shithead who we haven’t seen much of at the other.

I feel Scott is just a quiet guy and he isn't part of the "cool" gang.
If there was a lot going on with him it would be shown. They don't protect Islanders, they want entertainment.

Yes true, but the subtleties/complexities of emotion and relationships can’t necessarily be portrayed on tv can they? I guess it’s something the cameras can’t catch or put their finger on?

I agree he’s not part of the cool gang and has been ostracised as a result

A friend of his ex said he was very jealous and possessive. That might be BS but maybe he does have a side to him that is off-putting.

It is odd how none of them seem to really like him.

Oftentimes people like this don’t thrive in group dynamics because people write them off as being boring. He and Ty both suffered the same fate after Casa but no one was asking him how he felt it was all about Ty. I also think he’s very different from the other boys i.e. doesn’t follow their leader Tyrique and so this probably isolated him a bit.

He’s probably on the backfoot after he heard basically the whole villa slagging him off. I know if I heard a group of people tit talking me, it would put me off. Yeah they apologised but I can see why he might not feel fully comfortable even now.

I really felt for him when he apologised to Catherine tonight because you could just see in his eyes he is sad. I hope he finds a connection with someone else and doesn’t walk.

I agree, don't think there's anything that deep going on there. He's just a bit introverted and hasn't clicked with the others. I imagine the group dynamics are tough in a place like that and if you find yourself on the fringes it's hard to get back in. If it happens, you've just got to have thick skin and brazen it out like Mitch has. In his case it's worked and he now seems to be more or less accepted by the group for who he is. Scott seems a lot more sensitive and self aware.

They prob were sick of hearing them making out in bed. They're fully at it every time they show the night cams. Must be especially annoying for the ones who are in bad situations.

If they win it will be a real disappointment, they are such an clear example of an unhealthy toxic relationship that no one should aspire to.

If they are finding it so hard when they are segregated from the rest of the world in the villa they don't have a prayer on the outside. This should be the honeymoon phase.

At this stage them and Zach and Molly are the only couples who should make the final. I hope Whitney wins, she's genuinely made me lol so many times!

I missed last night's episode so would love to know too. I have a dodgy box but it doesn't seem to be uploading the Love Island episodes for over a week later so if I miss it live I can't catch up.

Was trying on my summer clothes for my holidays at the end of the month and nothing fits anymore so I just lay in bed in a ball of depression order holiday clothes online. 🙃 Hopefully they aren't all tit... 😞
