- The weird scripted visit to some pool club with a *shock horror* double dumping
- get public to vote on most toxic couple etc and argue about the results
- everyone starts shagging out of sheer boredom
- few more bombshells who look like the dregs in the taxi queue at the end of a night out
- "talent" show
- baby challenge
- meet the parents
- final dates


....it goes downhill

Yeah movie night is that last “big” thing before all the couples commit and settle down for the race to the final. We know whatever happens with Tyreke, Ella and Sammy, Jess they’ll be over it within an episode or two because they just want to win at this point. None of the couples are arsed starting over.

Annoying thing is if Scott and Leah coupled up I could see them getting to the final week just as a giant duck you to Catherine and Montel.

I get quite disheartened at this point for this exact reason. Movie night happens and then it's all downhill. Too late for any new bombshells to make any sort of impact (not that they did even when they arrived in the early episodes in this season!) and all we have left is boring chat, the baby task and meet the parents. Oh...and final dates 😴. Absolute borefest, and find me ANYONE that actually enjoys the baby thing. Same tit every year, I stopped watching when the baby challenge came up in the Winter series, didn't even bother watching the final.

Had a few drinks and I’m gonna say it. Tired of Whitney and her “funny” schtick like you reusing an old AAVE phrase with forced commentary doesn’t make you an icon and also???? She’s never had a real connection ever? No I don’t want her to win. L’Oréal probably knows the game and popularity and went for it. Also Mitch shouldn’t win either. He’s a creep with the only “funny moments” which IRL would scare all of us. Hell no one should win this season. It had potential but it’s lost it’s spark.

Seems to be an unpopular opinion but I still really don't like Mitch. The only reason Abbi is with him is cos he was the only actually single boy - no way would she like him otherwise. He's creepy, and seems to just latch onto whatever girl he fancies.

The only islander I like is Whitney - I want her to win by herself 😂 I do question too whether lochan likes Whitney or is just with her because she's popular

I've not finished catching up on the thread and was going to mention it after but had to quote your comment. As I was reading people say Mitch should/could win , I had the same thoughts as you. I still can't get past his weird obsessive behavior with Molly and some of the drama he's been involved with and I was also thinking who would I like to win and that would be Whitney and just her not as a couple 😂 nothing against Lochan but it's hard to tell if she's genuine or know what he's like since he has very little screen time

Ffs thought I was in the Eastenders thread you know and thought Eh what’s Whitney done now, then you mentioned Mitch being a creep and was even more confused what I’d missed this last week in Walford
Wasn’t until the last sentence I realised 😩
