Strategically, there is no couple in there right now that I'd vote for to win. The only maybe would be Whitney and Lochan and that's because they aren't offensive in the slightest and I'm not a Whitney stan! If Ella and Ty get back together, they'll be in the final as every single series of Love Island has this redemption arc - Dami and Indiyah last year were it. Winning it? Who knows, but Catherine has massively done herself dirty with how she's treating Scott, Montel has got everyone hating him when he was bland before Casa, Sammy is well...Sammy, Mitch is my second choice and Zac and Molly are just the human equivalent of gruel. They don't have much competition!

As a final note, if Whitney doesn't say the word 'YES' when Catherine shouts her over during her argument, I give up. Catherine has absolutely bombed herself out of the villa with her behaviour - not even Orlaith Condon can justify the way she's going on.
Surely Orlaith’s still not talking Catherine up.. rhetorical question, just me thinking loud.
Hard to pick a winner, nobody is standing out, if pushed I have to say Mitch is probably in the driving seat with Abi, it could be one of those years when the public’s interested in only one of the couple regardless of who stands by their side, Amber in Series 5 for instance. However I did say in the driving seat, not quite taking the chequered flag yet.

AGREE with comments re the hideaway - Just reading through older threads still (as I'm so behind)

I think the hideaway only semi worked (scuse the pun🤪) in earlier series because everything felt more natural about the show - the connections, the relationships, the friendships, all of it; it really felt like we knew them more, so as a result, yeh it was still weird to watch/awks/cringeAF... BUT it didn't feel quite as fecking weird due to the fact all of it felt more real - whereas now everything is so staged and scripted to within an inch of its life (which hence sucks out the joy and charm unique to earlier series) it really does just feel blimmin awful to bear witness to😳 absolutely not enjoyable!!!

Sorry just my tuppence worth re the hideaway!!😂

I don’t like Ty at all but honestly I will be glad to see SOMEONE stick to their guns for once after casa and say “nah, if you bring someone back we’re not getting back together”.

I’m sooo sick of everyone bringing any old fucker back and then getting back with their old partners 48h later. All the casa girls & boys all get completely used like props and then have to lurk around the villa for another week like spare parts and everyone just ends up being a total doormat and taking their scumbag partners back, it’s so dull and predictable.

I hope Scott and Ty don’t take Catherine and Ella back, even if they try.

Elon is hosting networking parties on a yacht 👀in Dubai according to his insta account It’ll be in September October November.
The man is the ick personified. See you there ( said no one ever 😁!)
He’s so full of tit lmao networking for what exactly 😂😂 he’s definitely about to set up or join a pyramid scheme
One of his tiktoks was like “the difference between London and Dubai” as if they are remotely comparable?! He also started the video by saying “London is really expensive” my brother in Christ so is Dubai

Haven't seen this mentioned yet but did anyone hear when Jess came back and saw Mitch had recoupled with Abi, she told her "rather you than me" and laughed? Abi laughed it off but I thought it was very bitchy. Every time I decide that Jess is a girl's girl she does something to change my mind.

I'd love to believe in Whitney and Lochan but I just don't unfortunately :( don't feel much flirty energy coming from either side. I thought there was way more of a vibe between her and Zach.

Don’t think it was bitchy or meant to be bitchy it just seemed like a stupid joke in an awkward moment tbh

Catherine and Scott drama should be interesting. I wanna see how she justifies her actions. Scott is one of the nicest lads in there and after his firepit gesture I can understand why he got so pissy last night, he was completely blindsided, but he needs to stay level headed from now on. It's not a good look to be disrespectful to a woman no matter what's gone on. Scott lad keep yer nut. 🙃
