He’s actually had a few , and Southampton only had a handful of seats left.
I went to see it in the first week and was a lovely show. Amazing chemistry between him and Giada, plus lots of latin as you’d expect.

I don't even understand what the duck was supposed to be happening there, it didn't make much sense. But if it really happened as presented (which I doubt, there were obviously bits cut out and who knows how long they were) she was the one being far ruder. Trying to intimidate him into breaking the rules and him not letting her by refusing to make eye contact, then she chucked a potato peeler and stormed off when he answered the question she actually asked him instead of the one she seemed to be passive-aggressively trying to get him to answer. Even though he'd already given her the explanation and apology she seemed to be fishing for in the face to face nominations? Why did she need to hear it twice? I didn't even think it was clear if he knew she'd seen the clip of him confessing to nominating her every time.

I wonder if there is no issue between them at all but they're trying to manufacture one with a weird edit because no one will be a big enough witch to build a storyline around except Louis.

Or alternatively he really just doesn't like her, and I would be curious about why, if so.

I don't think anyone here has said that? I certainly haven't! I still like him, but I don't think there's any point in denying when he might come across a bit poorly - even if that is because of a pathological fear of conflict. He knew that BB thrives on conflict when he signed up, presumably.

I mean tbf he was actually in boring wimp mode once again, lol, refusing to be drawn into a confrontation. I'm really not sure why he agreed to do the show if he's that bizarrely averse to conflict. I doubt Strictly would fire him for a mild argument or two. Just wants the paycheck and isn't really trying to play the game, maybe?

tbh it is starting to put me off him a bit. It's making me question if he is being fake and phoney, because surely he can't really be that scared of disagreements? He's giving off abuse victim levels of conflict avoidance and it's unnerving. Is he really that scared he'll get cancelled/fired if he says anything other than bland soundbites? He shows more personality and holds himself back less on Strictly. Maybe he's more introverted than I assumed and the charming personality only comes out when he's around friends/family and being stuck with strangers just makes him shut down? Again, surely he'd know that's what he'd be like, so why sign up for the show? Eh, maybe I'm expecting too much, expecting him to have a gameplan to win and all he's there to do is keep his head down, collect the paycheck, and duck off to the Maldives the second he gets out. Fair enough if so I guess, just a bit boring as a viewer.

I thought we weren't allowed to blame anything on the edit?? ;)

I'll be torn between CBB and Anton and Gio go to Torremolinos tonight.

Re: Graz: I saw on FB that he apparently cancelled a Glasgow show - someone speculating due to poor sales? that worried me, but maybe that was a mistake. Delighted to hear if the tour is going well.

I hope it's going well for him!! I'd hate to see anyone fail like that, even Gio!!
 
I suppose it's a case of seperating the Nikita 'we' know, to the Nikita people don't know. The general CBB viewer who might not know him from Strictly and can only judge (rightly or wrongly) on what's in front of them. He's exposed to a different audience here.

Wouldn't be surprised. He definitely won't hit the jackpot at all venues, but it largely seems to have been a success so far.

lol fair. I think they possibly did make Ekin-Su looks worse than she was in places, because some of her conversations didn't really make sense either, like large portions had been removed. But it's much easier to make someone look bad in a short conversation than a long one, and the 'confrontation' or whatever it was between him and Fern was literally one sentence lol, unlike Ekin-Su's unhinged tirade at Marisha.

At the moment I'm leaning towards the edit trying to make both Nikita and Fern look bad because they needed some conflict. I doubt she really threw the potato peeler and stormed off yelling 'duck this' because he wouldn't apologise (again) for nominating her, it was probably just because the task was tit and they saw an opportunity to make it look like they were having a tense moment.
 
I think being on a show like CBB everything is heightened, not only would Fern and Nikita never interact on the outside but they also wouldn’t find minor issues with the way the other behaves or throw tantrums 😂 You can tell they are all counting down the days until it’s all over lol

There are massive chunks missing. A lot of peoples behaviour in there makes no sense!!! We are majorly missing context.
 
I just don’t get why people get upset when someone nominates them - it’s part of the show they signed up to. I would be doing everything I can to get nominated and really can not think of anything worse than being stuck in that house. I really hope no other Strictly professional other than Gio does CBB.
