I could do without the VTs of the celebs meeting their pros in various daft locations, it's all so forced. Does anyone really enjoy watching them? That meeting doesn't have to be shown. They should let them meet off camera and spend a few days practising some basic steps then film a little two minute vid of them showing us what they've been doing in the training room. Make it all about the dancing again and stop the cringe clips of them meeting each other's families etc.
 
I’m glad I’m not well known/celebrity and being asked to go on Strictly. If I didn’t like my partner I wouldn’t need to say anything, you’d just to look at me to know. That and during training I’d be saying get your filthy paws off me, you may only touch me or breathe near me for 90 seconds on Saturday night

Sorry, I unashamedly love the launch show meet ups 😆. I know it's daft and they've probably just met beforehand, but it's just a nice intro to the series (if a bit cheesy) and not that deep

The worst bit about the utter slog of a launch show has always been the painfully cringey revealing the pairings - just announce them all, have a little video of their training and a pro dance. Job done, over in an hour max.

I'd quite like to see a VT about the sessions they have before pairing people up when they're looking for chemistry, actually. That would be interesting.

I'd like to see that too, I think it would be very revealing, and not in a good way. Considering how wrong they've gotten some of the pairings, it would be interesting to see how some of them really got on at the initial events (Amanda & Gio for example) and what the rationale is behind putting people together.

They showed a bit about that during the professionals special they did a couple of years ago. I remember all of the pros were slagging Kevin because he was so desperate to get in and dance with Stacey 😂
 
As much as I think Giovanni is a prick, I will glued to I’m a celebrity this year if he is on it! Actually I’m glued to it every year but you know what I mean 😅

I don’t think anyone will leak the outcome straight away. They will wait for the BBC statement and then ‘sources’ will start leaking various things.

If Gio does I’m a celeb - although I don’t watch it, I will be voting for him do the trials. If he can’t eat pineapple on Pizza and didn’t like the idea of surf n turf because it’s mixing fish and meat - then eating animal aholes etc will be interesting to watch. Also - can they smoke in the jungle, if not that could be interesting.
