Yes, I said the same thing about Rylan on the previous thread. Matt was totally relaxed, chatting with him.

Rylan was the same on Big Brother Bit On The Side. He just has a way of connecting with everyone, and was fantastic at interviewing whoever was evicted. He can go with the flow as well, which is brilliant.

Nikita is fabulous, I loved how he worked with Ellie last year. Really looking forward to seeing him and Layton. I think they will be brilliant.

One of my favourite pro dances last time was Nikita and Carlos. It was 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Same. They certainly demonstrated more chemistry in 10 seconds in the group dance than Gio ever managed with Richie.

is a sign they're going to take the 'Extremely Platonic Chums dance in neighbouring postcodes' trope that often plagues same-sex pairings, and trample it to death, set it on fire and dance on the ashes. I'm so ready for them to bring the 🔥 Don't let me down boys! 🤞

(Not that I can really blame John and Johannes for being a bit cautious since they were the first male/male pair on Strictly, but the repetitive side-by-side choreography style didn't really inspire much feeling/interest in me. Even their one dance that wasn't like that, the rumba, I still felt they didn't fully sell the chemistry.)

I adore Rylan.

I watched all of his ITTs last time around, I loved the rapport he had with the guests, as always. I will definitely miss him.
I will give it a try though and I do hope it goes well for both Fleur and Janette.

What Nikita and Carlos did dancing to Mad About the Boy last year says to me Nikita will go for some fire chemistry with Layton and be totally comfortable with it. Hopefully no side to side faff and lots of in hold intense great performance.

My fave deranged comment on DS this season so far. The perfect touch is spelling both their names wrong. 🙃

If only Dianne would be a better mother figure to a 20 year old man who's 14 years younger than her, whom she met 3 weeks ago, he wouldn't have felt compelled to waggle his bare bum at her in her workplace. :rolleyes:

Some of the pros/celebs were at some awards do last night. Gio needs to ease up on the fake tan. Nadiya normally looks amazing but what in god's name is that bow on her dress?

The infantilising of Bobby is gross. Dianne is not there to wipe his nose for him and teach him to be a good boy, and neither is anybody else for that matter.

On the subject of misspelling, I keep seeing Beryls call him Booby. 😆
 
Bobby and dianne were just on this morning dianne hates the word break hence the necessary digestive period and said she's bought special peanut butter to make his sandwiches I hope she was joking 😳🤔

I'm probably in the minority but I actually love Nadiya's dress and it mirror's Kai's bow(tie)! They make a good looking couple.
I appreciate it might not be to everyone's taste 😁
 
Definitely hoping that Layton & Nikita go full out with their performances - John & Johannes held back a lot but I suppose they had to walk so the future ones could run, hopefully L&N will run.

I do love that they have given Nikita a disabled contestant and a same-sex partner in his first 3 series, I think that shows some trust from the show. Especially since they won't want Layton's talent wasted either.
