He should be reprimanded and it’s not Dianne’s place.
I'll be honest, I worked in further education for years supporting young people with additional needs in performing arts, and Bobby really, really reminds me of some of the young lads I worked with.
I'm not going to say, oh his behaviour and his demeanour could be due to x, y or z - as I may be 100% wrong. But wouldn't be massively taken aback if he did have some learning/behavioural needs.
He certainly doesn't come across as a young man, rather more like a daft teenager. This is why he makes me nervous in a live TV capacity.
Absolutely not having a go at you but ‘daft teenager’ or not people need taught before then that it is not appropriate. My nephew has additional needs (quite severe) and used to love giving us kisses on the lips whenever we wore lipstick. He was forever kissing me up until he was about 16 but he still knew to ask me for consent. I knew by him looking at my lips and I would say you want to give me a kiss don’t you. He would nod and would wait until I said ok and now doesn’t do it at all. Excuses get made for being a ‘daft teenager’ but when you listen to the stories about them w*nking in a classroom, making girls touch their c*ck, sending d*ck pics, getting girls to send nudes, I could go on you can see the problem is already happening. These men carry on these behaviours.
Yet this is what makes people (men) think it’s ok to carry on those behaviours isn’t it. I hope he is spoken toNo, I agree. I've been one of the first to say getting his arse out training with Dianne was entirely unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I'd have been bloody fuming at him.
I mean his general demeanour has that daft/silly (or cute/charming) quality that has clearly made him endearing to a lot of people.
All this 'Bobby is a lovely lad' etc etc what do we actually know of him? all I know about the lad is he's Jade's son and got a job acting in EE. So what am I missing?
