I'll have what he's having 🥳

I guess people know Helen well as she's been on TV for years, is pretty, likeable, unthreatening and now has a genuine sob story. Given that there won't be a showmance with Gorka, presumably, she will fill a gap as the likeable trier with journey potential.
We can see exactly how good she was in 2012 when she did a totally passable but in no way stellar jive with Artem on the Christmas Special (some lunatic in the comments compares her to St. Jill of Halfpenny! so she defo has fans..)

Question. I may have missed this but when was that show filmed? I assumed a couple of weeks ago but they said ‘tomorrow’ several times.

Is it weird that I quite like all the celebs? I don't think that's ever happened before. Maybe I'm going soft in my old age 🤣. Although Richie and Molly do have the potential to become quite annoying, and I'd pretty much forgotten about Kym by the end of the show

So excited about Helen and Gorka, and Jayde and Karen - very happy to see my favourite pros looked so chuffed with their partners! And they looked fab with them too

I adore Ellie T and I really hope Johannes plays to her strengths and let's her be goofy and charming and not try and steal the limelight

And not only did Neil not get a partner, but he didn't get to dance in the John Legend routine either 👀

Penice is clearly the golden boy of the show. In consecutive years he's the first to dance with someone blind and the first straight guy to dance with a gay guy rather than the token two days together thing.
Who was the blind person? Also Karen is in a same sex partnership this year but is straight so Gio & Richie were announced first but there are two this series
