I wonder if one of the diving boys will sign up now the games are over, Jack Laugher or Daniel Goodfellow, or possibly matty Lee. They haven't announced a young hunk as yet
 
Don’t think they’d give Katya two Olympians in row.

Max seems more likely than one of the divers mentioned earlier (we had a swimmer last year) or his former team mate Nile Wilson(retired for gymnastics induced health reasons).

Would still like to see someone from the cycling world but there’s big races in September so the obvious names would be busy (even those who are retired as many are commentators/on the bike reporters)
 
I think it’s looking like a strong line up so far - the last few years I’ve been really impressed with the line ups, there’s normally someone in there for everyone.

I was just thinking I’m surprised Elaine Page has never done it, but I guess they’ve got radio 2 covered this year.

May be in the minority but I’d love Kate Bottley to do it 😬😂
 
I'm really excited to see Ellie and how they are able to adapt to her disability. It has been a great few series of Strictly with them testing the boundaries and it's lovely to see. I guess Ellie will have to go with the shortest male pro (Gorka) due to the height difference. Unless they're bringing in a pro with dwarfism and haven't announced him/her yet.🤷‍♀️

Having said that, Terra Jole danced with an average sized pro on DWTS and reached the semi final.

I wouldn’t call Sasha average sized 🤣 That man is tiny
 
Just here to say, I have the same dwarfism as Ellie and I’m only around 4 inches taller than her. Although I’m not a dancer or been in a dancing competition I’ve managed perfectly fine to dance with men of different heights including my 6ft 3 ex. They will find ways, where there’s a will there’s a way is very much the motto we use 😄
I will be so jealous though if she gets Gorka or Gio 😍😍

Well Cav is leaving quickstep, and hasn’t announced a new team (yet), and since they’re not signed up for the tour of Britain he might have some free time...

I’d love to see Brad or Geraint Thomas do it. Big G has enough problems staying on the bike (but I still love him), I’d be on tenterhooks watching him! Can you imagine Adam Blythe, he’d love all the sparkle and fake tan
