Hi guys! I was so lucky to go to the filming of the strictly Christmas special last night… it was so fun. Someone took a cute photo of us in the holding marquee but I didn’t think to ask where to find the pictures after the show 😂 does anyone have any ideas? I heard someone saying something about instagram but that was it. It seemed like it would have been a nice photo!

The whole semi final dances thread had just turned into a slanging match last time I looked 😆

No one is as bonkers on DS as the poster on the Mollie & AJ thread who was obsessed with them being together, has now finally accepted they aren’t (!) and now posts really harsh posts about Mollie and her career/husband/baby choices, saying that she has missed her ‘potential’. It’s hilarious but she also needs professional help.

I’ve never looked at that thread! DS seems like a portal into another, massively deranged, dimension.

Off topic but I read your last sentence like the Amanda Bynes I was serious but I was also on drugs 😂

I am biased but Vito honestly deserves an award (BAFTA?) for his social media work this year. He is out there putting the effort into these corny videos...
I am pleased for Kai because unlike someone, he got a duffer (in his second year) handled it with grace and gave her a lovely experience, and they were clearly close by the end. That's how it's done.

When is Chris Ramsay not absolutely buzzing though? When he did Strictly I didn't know him, and thought he was overplaying his "jolly, family friendly" persona a little.

Having now watched 10 hours of him on Taskmaster, being 110% delighted to have to do dozens of absurd tasks like sculpt a model of the solar system out of butter, or create a childrens' party game out of a sausage and cement mixer I can confirm he's just perpetually overjoyed by life in general. Like a puppy that's been given some sherbet fizz and a squeaky ball. It's astonishing, all the more so for the way he didn't crack or grumble under Greg Davies trying to break his happy spirit.

I think that was the same poster that used go on strange rants about how AJ was wasting his time on Strictly and should leave and become a megastar in the US. Funnily enough, none of these untold riches and fame materialised when he did actually leave Strictly

Edit: Apart from Trish, of course. It was worth it for that

They once suggested that AJ would be the breath of fresh air that DWTS needed after Bobby Bones won. Dream on.

The amount of sniping on DS now! Can't we just agree that Sunday will be close no matter what happens?? I just saw a post claiming that there was an anti-Helen conspiracy on the show and they want her out! Deranged.

I don’t know how you feel about the ‘Spoiler Strictly Come Dancing’ Facebook group but a woman posted there that she had been in the audience last Saturday - she posted pictures and as you know, you can’t take your phone in so maybe she was able to get them somewhere?

And if you don’t want to know spoilers/read 100 different people asking if the result’s in yet even though Juliet says she has a mole then you can always leave the group again.

Will’s also being stitched up, apparently. Bonkers.

Listen I love strictly as much as the next person but if I ever get that invested in any of the celebs and/or dancers, please stage an intervention (Sopranos style) and save me from myself.
 
Yeah. I get being nervous/superstitious but surely the evidence shows at this point that the top 3 are pretty much safe due to popularity? So Hamza, Helen or Will fans agonising that their fave is being 'stitched up' seems a bit bonkers when in all likelihood all through will sail (waft?) through..

There seems to be an argument that the judges will put Fleur and Molly @ the top of the LB and Helen at the bottom so Helen can't be safe. Leaving aside that Helen seems to have a good pair of dances, and why would the judges be invested in this narrative, surely after last week Helen has picked up massive popularity and could still be saved? Anyway, I might need to find a nuclear bunker for Sunday night..
