I like Helen and it’s been lovely watching her grow and she looked like she let loose a lot and enjoyed that but it was maybe a bit weak for me.

Gorka keeps on giving her big old solo sections to do in the Latin dances that you can clearly tell she doesn't want or feel able to do. She's clearly so much happier either in hold or doing synchronised side-by-side stuff.

She didn't really go into the situation. Something along the lines of her dad saying she was back to herself after Blackpool and Strictly was so much more than learning to dance.

There’s no one to compete with Hamza for the glitterball is there? Helen hasn’t improved enough, Fleur and Molly aren’t popular enough, Ellie isn’t good enough, Will isn’t positive enough and Kym isn’t enough of a dark horse.

She said she felt like a totally different person than she was at the beginning. I hope she will go home realising she's well shot and has 3 lovely kids, a great family and a fab career.
