The set was HORRIBLE and was an instant headache trigger for me, but Helen was absolutely WOWZERS!

Well done her and Gorka, super in sync for almost everything, Helen giving it 100% sass and glee!

Helen is so much more confident, looked amazing and performed that really well. Not my top jive of all time but really well danced, some couples have stepped up a gear this week.

I think Helen has upped her game, this dance was the most animated she's been and great choreo with lots of content from Gorka which she coped with very well.

She has had a few crappy weeks with her ex...Good for her for coming through it.
