Yeah, they were 100% leaning into the whole wobbly-set, C-grade acting schtick that Casualty has been notorious for since the moment it arrived on our screens.

Johannes and Ellie T knew they'd been stitched up as badly as James with Eastenders and Molly with Grange Hill, and took the only option, which was to camp it up as much as possible. (That's why Anton gave them an 8: he's a man who knows all the tricks of the trade when it comes to a tit theme, he would have given a 9 if they'd carried the bad acting on through the whole dance)
