I do think Nina improved in the dance off, but she still had hardly any frame and it just looked like Neil was dragging her around the floor. Although Katie's technique wasn't great overall, she was keeping up with Gorka and was giving it way more in the dance off, so I don't think Katie going through was particularly controversial

It does feel like a series where anyone can go home at this stage (apart from John and Rose - I think they have a safer support base now that will see them through to the later stages). Reminds me of the 2016 series a bit in that respect

I think with Joe he is a naturally skinny man with long neck and limbs, and as he ages his skin tends to sag which all makes him look unhealthy. I rather think it's the other way round with Dianne though and having a skinny boyfriend triggers her as she already has an ED (I say "has" instead of had as she mentioned it in an article and these things rarely tend to go away). She looked a lot healthier before she started living with Joe.

My 26 year old son has exactly the same build as Joe. It’s just his build, he’s very self conscious but just doesn’t put weight on

I think she's having a really hard Time juggling Strictly and filming, and just doesn't have enough time to let loose and be herself while learning to dance. What she needs for movie week is a silly, upbeat dance as I believe she's actually quite goofy and could endear herself this way.

I agree. I think she's probably just stressed. I am not a lovely person when I'm stressed

Signing up a really poor line up of nobodies or has beens will do that to the ratings.

I actually don't think they've done that this year. Adam Peaty was a massive signing, he was all over the news this summer. Some of them did make me go, "who?" but I always get that with Strictly as I don't watch soaps, daytime TV, vlogs or tiktoks or follow sport.

I agree, I prefer this line up to last years by a long shot. And you're right, its rare everyone consumes all types of media and entertainment, I think it's a good thing to have a wide scope of "celebrities", I don't think there has ever been a year I've watched it and known who everyone is by name/face!

I can't remember exactly what he said, apart from remember he did a racist joke about a picture of him with a very OTT tanned Katya but they were there and were inappropriate. I really want to like him but I just can’t take to him, I’m sure he’s a lovely guy but he just annoys me. And this is coming from someone who loved Karim at least he could dance without being too over the top and didn’t have those horrific facial expressions. Still think he should have won over Kelvin

I think that's the fun of Strictly, I wasn't familiar with a lot of the celebs this year but I like getting to know them over the next couple of months!
